It seems as if I only come back to deviant once a year or so. When I first started my DA account, I had a lot more time to devote to artistic endeavors . Now, I am a college student with very little to no time for artist expression.
My Life Update:
I am currently a junior. I am a member of PSI CHI, which is the International Honor Society in Psychology. I am the Public Relations Officer for The American Sign Language Association club at the University of Akron. I absolutely love all of my psychology classes (current, previous, and future). I start my first IR&R (Independent Reading and Research) in the Spring. I will be working with Dr. Stanley and Halley Cooper-Shumway with the Emotion Recognition study with a focus on ASL Expertise. I will not only be able to gain experience in Experimental Research in Psychology but I will get to work with the Deaf community. Because I know Sign Language and am very familiar in and with the Deaf community around my city, I have multiple things that I can bring with me to the study. Not only my knowledge of psychology but I can also facilitate participation of Deaf individuals, which they previously had trouble doing.
I also start a Field Experience course in the spring. I am most likely going to be working at Greenleaf Family Center. I will be working in Mental Health Counseling as well as with the Deaf Community. In case you can't tell, my long term goal is to do Mental Health Counseling for both the Hearing and the Deaf/deaf/HOH communities. 
In the Summer, when I go to the UU Church's Summer Institute retreat (for my second time), I will be teaching a American Sign Language workshop. That will be fun! 
Hmm... I also own a Jeep, which I have wanted for 10+years. Well, I have had it for a little over a year and I still have a few payments, but I still have it. Lol.
I am up to 14 piercings and 20+ tattoos.... I have stopped really keeping track. Maybe I'll up load pictures soon.
I am kind of starting on my Master's Thesis even though I haven't actually started in a Master's program yet. Lol... I just really enjoy researching.
Well, it's late and I have procrastinated finishing the writing of my paper for my Dynamics of Personality class enough. I made good progress to the point of having 5 of the 7 pages finished. Now it's time for some sleep. 

I haven't been on in forever. Between work, school, and life, I am a busy busy Lez. Anyway, I am hoping to get some pictures up of my new art and even some of my paintings that I have sold. I have even been experimenting with new (old) mediums. Things I haven't REALLY worked with but played with for a bit back in the day. I bought a new art table a few months ago and I have stocked it with almost any art supply I will ever need. Lol! I have four new sketch books dying to be filled (one for graphite, one for charcoal sticks, one for pastels, and one for colored pencil), several blank canvases yearning to express themselves, and supplies to be utilized. I need to get a move on before school starts next month and takes up all my time. I'm a sophomore now. Woot! Lol. I'm taking Women's Studies, Human Anatomy and Physiology (a lecture and a lab), Human Relations, and moving on into ASL-2. 
My last journal was all about being in love. Well, that ended horribly. Why can't people be honest and kind? Oh well. Life goes on... :\
